Welcome to Pop UP Global Fitness Training in Ibiza!!!
KK's back :-) And she's super excited to connect and share with you, the latest moves, grooves and techniques in the world of mind/body and fitness training. Guaranteed to inspire your mind body and spirit back into shape.
Join her for a 90 minute Pop UP workshop which incorporates an easy to follow 30 minute master class. This master class will preview what to expect and how to execute the technique of each session, so you can 'milk the moves' and enjoy your workout adding more confidence to your workout.
Participants that take part in the GLOBAL FITNESS TRAINING in IBIZA are welcome to sign up for free to access KK's new wellness channel which will be excitedly launched in the new year of 2018.
