About the event
This exclusive fitness and spa retreat for woman's wellness offers the perfect balance between relaxation and physical activities. With plenty of free time for, reflecting, taking massages, or visiting some of the local stunning tropical beaches.
The training sessions on our retreats are designed to push you at your own fitness level. A very basic level of fitness is required but you do not have to be super fit to join! We do two mind/body fitness based sessions per day.
Depending on the duration of our retreats, we incorporate a variety of fitness sessions including yoga, pilates, combat fitness, boot camp sessions, hiking, superpower walking, water sports, team building, HIIT and more.
We like to keep it interesting and our aim is to expose you to some training methodologies that you have never done before.
Fitness is at the core of what we do but don't worry, there is plenty of time to relax and chill on our escapes.
To compliment your stay, we offer goddess-style spa pampering which includes luxury treatments such as made to measure massage therapy, body scrubs and holistic beauty. We advise you book early to avoid disappointment.
What we’ll do:
Start the day practicing mind/body connection, such as yoga, tai chi and meditation in a private luxury villa, then enjoy a delicious healthy paleo diet based breakfast, followed by an inspiring workshop or motivational talk with KK your retreat host.
Each fitness class is adapted to different levels according to the specific condition and needs of each participant.
Suitable for total beginners are more advanced practitioners!
What else you should know:
Our morning class starts at 7:30am (75 minutes).
The Fitness Breakfast is served at 9:00am.
The Inspiring Talk/Workshop starts at 10:00am (around 60 min).
Our afternoon class starts at 4.30pm (75 minutes).

Delicious paleo diet based breakfast with high-quality and homemade ingredients, even organic fruits from our local gardens

Sport clothes for practice
