GLUTES & ABS

KK combines 5 style of dance: there is something for all participant. Follow the rhythm, learn simple layered technique add your own flavour and work up a sweat
DEFINITION OF DANCE COMBO
Inspired by Modern jazz with accents of hip hop, salsa and other rare grooves, Dance Combo allows you to release your energy on syncopated rhythms, while promoting individual expression and well-being.
This dance class also uses a more “street” style that relies heavily on attitude.

The Low Impact Aerobics is a cardio dance class , with more or less complex choreographies depending on the level. As its name suggests, the impacts are moderate: not too many jumps so your back and your joints are preserved.
