That's exactly what the complimentary consultation is for. We'll talk through your health, your goals and your tolerance for structure, then recommend only what fits — including telling you when the answer is 'not yet'.

Do I need to be fit or flexible?

No. Every retreat we recommend is graded for fitness level, and teachers are briefed on your needs in advance. Many guests arrive having never practised yoga.

Can I travel solo?

Most of our guests do. Retreats are chosen for their sense of community, and single occupancy is arranged without punitive supplements wherever possible.

Can dietary requirements be accommodated?

Yes — vegan, gluten-free, allergy and medically prescribed diets are confirmed with the kitchen before you travel, in writing.

How does booking work?

After your consultation you receive two or three options with full costings. A deposit secures your place; we handle flights, transfers, rooms and treatments from there.

Is travel insurance included?

It isn't, but it's required. We'll recommend providers who cover wellness travel, existing conditions and cancellation properly.

What is your cancellation policy?

It mirrors the retreat partner's terms, which are shared in full before any payment. We never take a deposit until you've read them.
